Just thought I would make a post and let you know how BEAUTIFUL the car looks. The interior looks like it was re-carpeted. The used rubber mats I bought off a board member look almost new. The swirl marks are almost completely gone (I had to inspect it with my Hawk light to see them). The wheels look brand new and the tires shine with that awesome permanent wetness. And the grand finale, the most important part to me, the engine compartment. People, I'm telling you. When you see this car at the BBQ tomorrow, you will think I traded it in for a new one fresh out of the assembly plant! I have never seen this car so clean! Thank you so much Continental! I will recommend your detail center to everyone I know till I'm blue in the face!

New fan!!!..
My older daughter recently bought a Mazda CX7 from another dealership and my younger daughter and I really liked the brand of car. I was looking for a smaller-sized car as my younger daughter's first car. We wanted a good car that she could keep and be happy with for a long time and that could potentially be used as a family car if we needed to--Like the Mazda 3. Initially, we were looking for a used car. After looking at similar cars of different make as well as Mazda's online and by just browsing dealerships, we called Continental Mazda in Naperville. Already, we were presented with great deals, even for brand new cars by our dealer Naseem Haque. Two days later we stopped by and it got even better. The dealers and Naseem were very respectful and easy to work with. We were treated like people and not like money bags. There was a great selection of cars with great prices! We fell in love with a brand new, red exterior and beige interior Mazda 3 with a sunroof. Coming from quite a distance, the dealership treated us well and did business with us respectfully. We decided on a very good price without the hassle you might get at other dealerships. We actually got a brand new car for the same price we would have paid for a used car from anywhere else, plus even better features! While deciding on a price as well as afterward, we were offered some very nice advice on purchasing and taking care of cars, and on Mazda's in general in the midst of easy, casual conversation. We left the same day with our beautiful, new Mazda 3! My family, especially my younger daughter, are very happy with our car--It runs, steers, and accelerates very smoothly, the turn radius is small (great for tight parking spaces and sharp turns), has a wonderful interior & exterior design (young and smooth, but still sharp and practical with available add-on accessories), has great lighting & electronic accessories (including 6 Bose speakers, a 6-CD Changer, an iPod jack, red & blue adjustable lighting, and more), and it's a small-sized car that feels very spacious on the inside (even in the glove compartment and the trunk). There's plenty of storage and lots of legroom even in the backseat. The seats are very comfortable. The Mazda 3 is very safe and efficient, and this dealership offers great maintenance services. The car comes with 24-hour roadside assistance and a great 3 & 5 year warranty (that can extend to 10 years). It is definitely worth the money and we will keep this car for a very long time! This dealership has wonderful customer service, a very nice, clean facility, and good, respectful employees with management that knows what a customer wants (...A great car for an even better price). Our dealer, Naseem, was wonderful to work with. I will definitely be coming back here to take care of my car and to get a new Mazda when the time comes. After looking for cars, doing plenty of research, and buying enough cars over the years to know what a great deal and great service really is, I was extremely impressed by this dealership--One of, if not the best. I would definitely recommend a Mazda from Continental Mazda of Naperville to anybody! We thought my older daughter got a great deal with her CX7 from the other dealership, but we regret not buying it from here-I'm confident we would have gotten the best deal possible from Continental!

I recently bought a new Mazda3 at Continental with the help of my salesman Tony. I had been on the fence about purchasing a car from Continental (which is 5 minutes away from my house) since a dealership 50 miles away was making me a better deal. Tony worked hard to get me as close to the deal the other dealership was offering and he even picked me up from home. He sold me on the incentives Continental offers - like free repair of your first ding, points towards car sales and services, etc. Four days after I purchased the car I got into an accident. We recently purchased a 2010 Mazda CX9 from Continental Mazda of Naperville. My entire interaction started with Edmunds and was conducted mainly via email with David, their internet sales specialist. David Thomas took the time to answer all my questions, gave me an aggressively-priced deal and was very helpful in locating not only the exact vehicle I wanted, but also the exact accessories I wanted added to the vehicle. There were no gimmicks, no hidden surprises, no games. I've bought at least 20 vehicles in my lifetime, many using those so-called "fleet purchasing" programs from various sources. None of them compared to the overall experience we had working with David and Continental. These guys are professional and honest, they earned the right to have my business and made the overall purchase a joy. When's the last time you can honestly say that the buying experience for a new car was FUN? I turned to my wife the morning after the purchase and said those exact words....and this is the way it SHOULD be!

My wife and I had an excellent encounter with Mark Bimel at Continental Mazda. I had wanted to trade in my CX9 due to none of my kids sitting in the third row and my wife wanted to trade in her Jetta due to Mazda's zero percent financing on the Maxda 3's. We knew exactly what we wanted and I called and talked to Mark. I advised we were interested in two vehicles and advised exactly what model, color and options we wanted. Mark was very helpful - but not overly anxious. He took my number and said he would be in touch. I was skeptical as I feared I would now here from Mark four times a day suggesting I come in and see what they had available. Nothing was further from the truth. After the first week, Mark called to check in and see if we were still interested and advised he would call me back when he had ours cars ready and available. About 10 days passed and Mark called. He advised he had both cars on hold if we wanted to come in a take a look. My wife and I had done our research so we knew what we wanted to pay. Mark was professional and truly worked WITH US to get us the best deal. We actually ended up paying less than what we had planned. It was a truly enjoyable experience and I would strongly suggest Mark and the Continental team

Hard to believe but true! ‏‏

I receive advertising in the mail and watch commercials where companies claim to offer the best service and most caring staff. I have dealt with two other Mazda dealerships in the west suburbs who makes theses claims. Only to be treated rudely, lied to and taken advantage of. It wasn't until I called Continental Mazda Service department that I started to feel like a "valued" customer. The team at Continental/Dennis took time to listen to my complaints concerns and frustration. He went above and beyond on my behalf to resolve a warranty issue. He followed up with progress reports as often as possible. My car was repaired and returned to me in "like new" condition. I can honestly say I would have hesitation working with any other dealership when it comes to this car and especially purchasing a new car. I was beginning to doubt there was such thing as a good, dependable and reliable service department. "Hi Joel - I am a customer of Continental and want to tell you about my visit. I was driving my son to school, and I plugged in my phone charger to my lighter but it wouldn't work. I had some errands to run, and thought I would stop by Continental Mazda on my way, to make an appointment. (My husband and I bought both of our 2007 Mazda3's new when the store was Naperville Motors). I was pleased to see that the store was up and running, expecting to run in, set the appointment, and leave.

When I stopped in at the service area, the manager could not have been more helpful. When I told him the problem, he said, "You know what, you don't have to come back, let's just take a quick look." I pulled in, and because the other techs were already busy, he stopped what he was doing and took care of my car himself. While I waited, I walked the showroom, was greeted by the staff, and offered assistance, but no pressure. I talked about some of the features on the new models with one of the sales staff who was as knowledgeable as could be. He didn't "dumb anything down" because of my gender, just talked to me like a neighbor. We had a nice talk.

As far as my car lighter, it turned out to be a bad fuse blown by my phone charger. He told me that using the charger would cause a repeat of the problem, so I got rid of it. No big deal, but I felt like the most important person in the building, and to a busy mom, that is saying something.

So thank you. For treating me like I am your best customer, closest neighbor, and the most important person in the building.
